Kellie Rattigan is a senior philanthropic specialist at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). As such, she connects donors to the organization in ways that are meaningful to them. Kellie brings more than a decade of fundraising experience to her role. Previously, she was a philanthropy officer at Mercy For Animals, a senior development officer at the Florida State University College of Business, and a senior call center operations manager with Ruffalo Noel Levitz, a fundraising and enrollment management firm. She holds a master’s in business administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and psychology from Boston College, where she also minored in French. She studied abroad in Paris, France and worked abroad in Melbourne, Australia. She was the Global Chair of Mercy For Animals' United States and Canada Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, & Belonging (DEIJB) Committee and member of the Mercy For Animals' Global DEIJB Committee where she helped create structure and goals for the committees. Previously, she was the de facto chair of the Florida State University Foundation Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, where she helped write, distribute, and analyze climate surveys, create relevant subcommittees, and draft and present an action plan to senior leadership. Outside of work, she is an amateur runner and yogi and sometimes goth night hostess. She attends lots of concerts and watches way too many horror movies. She resides in Uxbridge, MA.
